  2. Cancellation after Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return as per our refund policy outlined below.

Refund Policy:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the item. Provide detailed information and images of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

  2. Wrong Product Delivered: In the event that you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product at no additional cost.

  3. Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product within 1 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate or sanitary goods are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refund Process:

Upon approval of a refund, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
